Our experience with Sudlow was spectacular. “Efficient” doesn’t seem a strong enough word! On the day our driveway was to be installed, the crews arrived just before 7am (as promised) and they were done — completely done…I mean, old drive was demo’d and the new drive was poured...
Our experience with Sudlow was spectacular. “Efficient” doesn’t seem a strong enough word! On the day our driveway was to be installed, the crews arrived just before 7am (as promised) and they were done — completely done…I mean, old drive was demo’d and the new drive was poured EXACTLY to our specs — before 1:30pm. And to boot, Mr. Sudlow himself called from his personal cellphone before work started and at the end to offer his assistance (if needed) and check in once work was completed. I thought this kind of customer service was dead! Clearly, it isn’t! AND their office staff is superior! A++ HIGHLY recommend!

Sudlow Concrete did a great job in replacing my 40+ year old driveway and poring a sidewalk along the left side of my house. It was easy to request a quote through their website and schedule an estimate. I received my estimate by the end of the day, and it was very competitive with 3 other quotes that I obtained. The work was scheduled within a week and the crew showed up at the time scheduled. A supervisor walked through the plans for the work to be done and gave me his card to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. The crew started work at 7AM and were completed by 1:30PM. I was very impressed with how their entire crew were so organized and coordinated. Everyone knew their job and the proper time to do their part. Demolition, framing, gravel, concrete, were all very efficiently timed. The work site was cleaned after the job, and they also came back and pressure washed the street in front of my house. I have received several complements from my neighbors and have noticed some taking pictures of the Sudlow sign that was left in my yard.

He provided an expert solution to removing unsightly railroad ties and gently sloping the lawn edge to the driveway entrance. The office agreed to our schedule request and the workers arrived on time. The workers worked continuously until the job was completed. The owner called that evening to see if we were satisfied. Wow! Who does that anymore?!! We highly recommend Sudlow concrete.

Bill Sudlow and his crew did an excellent job removing 2 trash pits (one from under the front porch) and then rebuilding my porch. I had tried for years to just keep filling them up, but they only got worse. I never could keep the front steps from sinking and this year the holes just got to my breaking point and looked at my options. Sudlow Concrete was the only firm that I felt comfortable working with. The only disappointing part of the job was when they covered the driveway with plastic; and it didn’t last an hour and ended up shredded. The driveway has a good slope to it which caused the bobcat to just slide. This is the only issue I had with the job. Everything else is better than I expected. Sudlow’s work is first class all the way. My porch, steps, and sidewalk look better than the original work.

We recently completed a large concrete driveway project with Sudlow Concrete. During the project we experienced a color inconsistency between sections of the driveway after curing. To Sudlow’s credit, once they reviewed the issue and the concrete batches further, they ultimately stood behind their work and replaced the impacted sections to make it right. The replacement work was completed professionally, and the driveway now has the consistent appearance we originally expected. I appreciate Bill, Kristi, and the hard-working crew on Sudlow team for working through the issue and following through on the resolution.
