About Sudlow

Bill Sudlow is the founder and president of Sudlow Concrete, Atlanta's trusted name in concrete and driveway replacements since 2000. A proud University of Georgia graduate, Bill has been involved in construction since high school and brings more than 35 years of hands-on industry experience.

After college, Bill began his career at Hertz Equipment, gaining experience in logistics, sales, and working with large commercial and industrial clients. He later became a Branch Manager for United Rentals, where he built a heavy-equipment rental store from the ground up. In 2000, he decided to go into business for himself—and Sudlow Concrete was born.

Bill believes that what he truly does for a living is help people. His approach is centered on education: preparing residential homeowners or commercial property managers on the process.

Every job requires careful preparation in advance—and the ability to skillfully adapt to:

• changing conditions
• scheduling delays
• unexpected complications

Bill is also a firm believer that communication is the backbone of a successful project.

Known for his unmatched work ethic, Bill leads Sudlow Concrete with transparency, precision and a commitment to doing things the right way. He's quick to credit those who helped shape his path: starting with two great parents, a handful of good educators, several great employers early in his career, business partners and a team of expert artisans who contribute to the company's success.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys saltwater fishing and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.

Aaron Marcinowski is a partner and lead estimator at Sudlow Concrete, bringing more than a decade of experience to the team. An Auburn University graduate with a degree in Communications, Aaron has worked alongside Bill for 11 years, helping grow the company's reputation for quality and reliability. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, Aaron plays a key role in ensuring each project runs smoothly from estimate to completion. Outside of work, he enjoys family life with his wife and their three young children.

Mike Tremblay brings more than 50 years of experience in the concrete industry to the Sudlow Concrete team. A third-generation concrete finisher, Mike owned and operated Atlanta Stamped Concrete for 38 years before joining Sudlow full-time as an estimator and decorative concrete specialist. Over the years, he's collaborated with Bill Sudlow for more than 15 years, earning a reputation for craftsmanship and excellence in stamped and decorative concrete. Mike is a certified American Concrete Institute (ACI) finisher and the proud recipient of two prestigious ACI awards, one for Best in Residential Design and another for Outstanding Performance. Concrete runs in his family, with multiple generations continuing the tradition of quality and artistry in the trade.
