Sudlow did a great job tearing up and replacing my driveway and walkway. The estimate process was easy, they communicated well throughout the process. They walked me through the process and provided suggestions on design. The crew was on time and very friendly and thorough. Before they left each day they made sure I was comfortable with the progress. After they were complete, they cleaned up and made sure the grading was fixed.

We are very pleased with the work done on our home in Cumming, GA. The process from start to finish was a pleasure with Mr. Sudlow and his team. Very quick to respond. Scheduled a preliminary visit to get measurements and provide a quote. Pricing was competive compared to other quotes, better than another vendor. Work was scheduled quickly. The team arrived for the project on Monday, 8-3-26 and had the entire project completed by mid-afternoon same-day - including clean up. The employees were respectful & responsive to questions. Mr. Sudlow called within hours to ensure we were satisfied with the project. The finished concrete patio looks great, and complimented our back yard renovations. We highly recommend using Sudlow Concrete for your concrete patio project.

For several years, the driveway of our 60-year old house has been cracked and rough. Recently, when we were out of town, our carport cracked and sank about a foot making it difficult, if not impossible, for us to enter the house. I did some research and found Sudlow Concrete who had good reviews. I called and made an appointment with Mr. Sudlow who came out and made measurements and talked about our requirements. He went back and sent me a quote. I accepted the quote and made arrangements to begin work on the following Monday morning. I woke up at 6:45 am that Monday morning and the crew was already beginning to work on breaking up the old concrete on our driveway, carport, turn-around, and front porch using a Bobcat with a jack hammer attachment. Then, they switched to a bucket attachment and scooped up the broken pieces and dumped them into a dumpster to be recycled. After this, they graded the areas needing it, constructed the forms, and started spreading a load of gravel which had been delivered. At this time, the team leader advised us that they were leaving for the day and another load of gravel would be delivered in an hour or so and that they would come back the second day to spread it. On the second day, by the time I woke up at 6:45 am, they had already spread the gravel, laid the rebar and the first concrete truck was already getting in position to deliver the first load of concrete. Once delivered, the team began working the concrete. Over the course of the next hour or so, three more trucks delivered more concrete and all areas were filled in and the workers began smoothing it. By noon, it was all done. They even created a little ramp at the back door in the carport so that we can easily step into the house and even roll a wheelchair into the door, if necessary. We are extremely happy with the work done and compliment Mr Sudlow and the team for their professionalism and courtesy. It was evident they had done quality jobs like this multiple times. Once the job was done, all tools and trash were collected and removed leaving our yard as clean as it was when they arrived the first day. They even placed a barrier so that no one would drive on the driveway until it was dry and cured. We were advised not to walk on the fresh concrete for 24 hours and not to drive on it for 5 days. We can’t wait to try it out. Update: We've walked over the driveway and are impressed by the workmanship and love the new carport, driveway and porch.

I'd like to be able to give Sudlow Concrete a better review because the crew who did the work replacing our driveway were diligent and hardworking in their efforts to provide us with a smooth concrete surface. It even rained on them a number of times during the day forcing them to lay plastic over the driveway each time until the rain stopped. Unfortunately, our driveway design has an area where a corner is elevated next to the slopping grass, and when the concrete dried, a section of it fell off underneath the top layer. It is not attractive looking at all, and it is concerning as to how durable the corner will be as the concrete ages. Upon seeing the the issue, I called the company only to get an answering machine with a full inbox so I couldn't even leave a message. I then sent an email and waited. After a few days without hearing back, I tried calling again only to get the same full inbox. When I finally heard back via email from Tara at the office, she asked what the problem was. I described it to her and sent my response email. I once again waited days before hearing back from her. Her responding email requested photos, which I sent to her. That was 10 days ago during which time I have heard nothing back from anyone at the company. The day the owner came out to give us an estimate he assured us that the job came with a warranty which made us feel more secure in spending $9,400 for the job. Update 9-8-26 I am changing my rating. A number of things occurred to warrant this positive change. The first is the owner’s (Bill Sudlow) very quick response to my first review. Within 30 minutes of my first review Bill personally called me, on a Saturday. He immediately wanted to understand what had occurred, and then requested the opportunity to come see it and correct it. Since correcting it is all we really wanted, I agreed. He came the next morning and was once again gracious in his communication with us. Bill assured us the issue is indeed reparable. He also pointed out a couple other small issues he wanted to address as well. He told us his office would contact me on Tuesday given the holiday and set up a time for the work to be done. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. Today, Kristi, the office manager called to schedule the work, and she was also concerned to know what happened. I expressed concern about her not seeing the photos I had sent to Tara. She asked me to send them to her also. When I went back to my email thread with Tara, I discovered a failure to deliver notice at the very bottom of my page. I don’t know when that appeared because I had double checked to make sure they sent after sending them. They also look like they sent in a forward email, but because it is very questionable as to if they actually delivered, and Bill was so proactive after my first review, I want to change my review and rating to 5 stars. The repair work is scheduled and I trust it is going to be completed satisfactorily. Thank you Bill and Kristi for contacting me quickly. Tara, I am sorry for expressing such displeasure when you might not have received the photos in the first place.

Sudlow Concrete replaced my driveway and added a parking pad. This was a great experience! The owner came to my home to give the estimate and measured with a measuring wheel. I was already impressed. On the day of the job, the crew was not just on time for the job, but they arrived early. Again, I was impressed. From removing the old driveway to laying the new concrete, they did a great job. My new driveway is the talk of my neighborhood! A+++

Our experience with Sudlow was spectacular. “Efficient” doesn’t seem a strong enough word! On the day our driveway was to be installed, the crews arrived just before 7am (as promised) and they were done — completely done…I mean, old drive was demo’d and the new drive was poured EXACTLY to our specs — before 1:30pm. And to boot, Mr. Sudlow himself called from his personal cellphone before work started and at the end to offer his assistance (if needed) and check in once work was completed. I thought this kind of customer service was dead! Clearly, it isn’t! AND their office staff is superior! A++ HIGHLY recommend!

Sudlow completed a patio in our backyard and we couldn’t be happier. The crew was knowledgeable and seemed to work very efficiently. We have a challenging landscape and steep driveway but they worked with us to not damage our newer driveway and other elements of our landscape. Many of our neighbors recommended Sudlow to us!

Sudlow Concrete did a great job in replacing my 40+ year old driveway and poring a sidewalk along the left side of my house. It was easy to request a quote through their website and schedule an estimate. I received my estimate by the end of the day, and it was very competitive with 3 other quotes that I obtained. The work was scheduled within a week and the crew showed up at the time scheduled. A supervisor walked through the plans for the work to be done and gave me his card to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. The crew started work at 7AM and were completed by 1:30PM. I was very impressed with how their entire crew were so organized and coordinated. Everyone knew their job and the proper time to do their part. Demolition, framing, gravel, concrete, were all very efficiently timed. The work site was cleaned after the job, and they also came back and pressure washed the street in front of my house. I have received several complements from my neighbors and have noticed some taking pictures of the Sudlow sign that was left in my yard.
